And finally - again the most important thing during Christmas - our Christmas concert! This year on the 20th of December, tuesday, at Czechoslovak Hussite Church in Wuchterlova street 5, Dejvice. The church is tempered and concert strarts at 20:00.
Few "fragments from the near past" :
On the 3rd of June we plan a concert together with our guests from Hamburg, Germany - Schall Rauch choir. Takes place at Czechoslovak Hussite Church in Wuchterlova street 5, Dejvice, strarts at 19:30.
Most important event of the spring - introduction of our new CD! Starts at 7:00 PM on 31th May at our "base" in Nusle, at Czechoslovak Hussite Church.
As a beginning of our rehearsal weekend in Jablonec n/N, we will give a concert together with Akcent, this time as their guests in Liberec.
Concert will take place in Lidove sady at Experimental studio and will start at 7:30 PM.
On the 13th of May we plan a big concert of 3 choirs from 3 different countries. Concert starts at 7:00 PM at the church of Czech Evangelic Church on Korunni street, 60. Entrance 100CZK / 4EUR.

At the end of February we are going to sing at a local church in Kytlice as a part of our rehearsing weekend in Novy Bor. The take will be used as a donation for pipe organ renovation.
Saturday, 27.2.2010, at the Kytlice church, Northern Bohemia. Concert starts at 6:00 PM. Entrance 70 CZK.
And our traditional Xmas concert date was : tuesday, 22nd December! At the church - U Apolinare, Prague 1. Hot wine welcoming started at 7pm, singing from 8pm...
In october we had a concert together with our old friends from Akcent - a choir from Liberec that we met last year and already had a joint concert with last spring.
This time Akcent has chosen a restaurant called Austria, situated on Prague 5, Andel.
Tuesday, 27.10., concert starts at 7:00 PM.
Entrance fee 80,-CZK, Staropramen beer 12° - 0,5l/30,- CZK :)
In the beginning of October(1st WE) we were singing again at the Písňovar festival/competition in Jirkov, this time just as a guest choir.
As on last autumn, we must again praise the outstanding organisation and atmosphere of the festival. Thanks to Ventilky, Lubos Hana, his father and Jirkov!
On the 1st of October we gave a standalone autumn concert in Salesiánské divadlo, starting at 8 PM, where we introduced a few recently worked up songs!
In summer we had a prolonged rehearsing weekend in Krkonose, took part on the Sazavafest festival as a part of a group called Yandim Band and finally gave a concert in Liberec on the Bohemia cantat festival.
We are pleased to mention that in the beginning of June we were awarded one Silver and one Golden range at Festival of songs in Olomouc. Briefly said that means two second places for Kakofon :)
